Overlimit: Reached Upload Space Limit

Good Morning,

For the past two weeks, we have been unable to use Jotforms. When attempting to use it, the following error message appears:

"Form over quota. This form has exceeded its allocated quota."

I figured the quota would reset on May 1, but the same error message still appears. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're still seeing the over quota error on your form. I recalculated the limits on your account and confirmed that it's within the limit now. I reinstated the account and can be accessed now. Please try to refresh your browser to see the changes.

I have refreshed my browser and tried again, and still getting the same message.

We use the forms for Pawtucket Animal Shelter for adoption applications. When I go to pawtucketanimalshelter.com there is a link at the bottom for "adoption application". That link takes you to the forms that we pay Jotforms for. This continues to say, "Form over quota. This form has exceeded its allocated quota."
