how do I change my primary email address to show alewis@hrsolutions.pro instead of alewis@newcolumbiasolar.com?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the reply-to-email in the Email Notification the user receives after submission? If yes, then I have provided a workaround that you can follow. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, go to the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar, and click on the Emails tab on the left side of the page.
2. Click on the Add Email button and select the Autoresponder Email.
3. Go to the Recipients tab and change your Reply-to Email address.
4. Hit on Save to update changes in your Autoresponder.

Additionally, you can also change the sender email address so it will not display our default sender email address. You have to add SMPT to your account, visit our guide about SMTP Setup for Free Email Address Like Hotmail, AOL, and Yahoo.
