My Jotform app is set to private, but it makes people sign in every time they open the app. Can I shut that off or do I have to change it to public access?
I was on company access but changed to private because I do not want them to have to sign in every time.

Hi Justin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. When you set your app to private, your app user will need to create an account and then sign in to it to access it. Unfortunately, there isn't any workaround for this. Both your form and the app need to be set to public, so people can access them without creating an account. Let me first show you how to set your form as public and then your app.
- In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on Settings and click on Public. That's it.
Now in your Jotform app, you need to set your app to public. Let me walk you through the steps:
- In App Builder, in the purple navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Publish tab.
- Click on the blue gear icon in Settings. Choose the public option.
- Uncheck require registration from the option. That's it.
Let us know if you need any other help.
