Missing Forms: My forms had disappeared

i can not find my forms. especially the home caller agreement. where is it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that this is very stressful. Rest assured, I’m here to help. I checked your account, and it seems that most of the forms there have the same title, which you indicated in your question. Because of that, I can't exactly pinpoint which one you're asking for. However, you can check your account's Trash or Archive folders for the forms you're looking for. Let me show you how:

1. In your account's My Forms, go to the left panel, scroll down and click Trash.
2. Once there, you will see all the deleted forms that can still be recovered.
3. Hover your mouse to the form you're looking for and click Restore on its right.
4. For Archive, go to the folder and hover your mouse to the form.
5. Click More on the right side, and choose Unarchive on the list. Once done, it will go to your All Forms folder.

Please note that deleted emails that were left in the Trash folder for more than 30 days will be automatically purged. Unfortunately, purged forms cannot be recovered anymore, together with their submissions.

If the issue persists, please provide us a copy of your form URL, submission ID associated with that form, or the website link where the form is embedded into. We can use any of those to locate the form, and check its current status.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

when i click forms, nothing shows up.

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that you're referring to your Sign Documents that were deleted. Let me show you how to locate your deleted Sign Documents:

1. In My Forms page, click on the Down Arrow icon.
2. Select My Sign Documents.
3. In the My Signed Documents section, click on Trash icon.
4. Click on your Sign Document, and then click on Restore. That's it.
