Thanks again the file you sent me worked great.

Hi Cathy,
Thanks for getting back to us. The reason why it did not work on Word is that the code is not read as intended. Instead, it was read as normal text, which is why you are seeing codes between the sentences.
When I checked your form, I saw that the ordered list is now correctly set up. Can you confirm if you need any other help?
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hi, don't think all the code came down. If you look at Test 5 you can see that it does not put the bullet list on the form and also has mor than the two options. What text converter to html are you using? I have been tring to get this survey completed since 11:15 am. I have tried the following:
word to HTML
Constant contact text conversion to html
Convertio on the web from text to html
Vetopal to html
wordtohtml.net also. I have labeled the different tests so you can see what the results.
Appreciate your help, need to get this survey completed tomorrow and I have Two more questions to get done.

Hi Cathy,
Thanks for getting back to us. We are not using any converter, we simply add the tags between the lines where it is needed. Let me show you how I created Survey Question 2:
- In Form Builder, add a Multiple-choice element from the Form Element Menu in the left corner of the page.
- Then, click on the Gear icon, and go to the Options tab from the left panel menu.
- Next, replace the option with this code:
Option A – <b> No Change - Keep Center Median </b> with curbing, irrigation, landscaping <ul> <li> Maintains the median beautification continuity established throughout Cape Coral <li> Pedestrian walking lanes and bike lanes remains with directional traffic <li>Funding required can be achieved locally, city
Option B – <b> Expand Center Medians - </b> place pedestrian walkways, and bike lanes in the center median with trees and landscape.<ul> <li> Possible “Park” Grants and Funding Awards <li> Remove Pedestrian walkways and bike lanes from direction traffic- place in expanded center median <li> Places a landscaped divider between vehicle traffic and pedestrians, bikers for safety <li> Provides shade on walks and a destination to escape seasonal heat <li> Funding required can be achieved locally, city
You can follow the format in the code I provided. Just replace the text between the HTML tags. There is no need to use any HTML code converter.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
