Monday.com integration not passing values

    Hi,

    I integrated JT to Monday board. I did a test signup but the values are not reflected on Monday Board that is linked to it. Please do let me know how to proceed.

    Hi Geoff,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening to your integration. Usually this happens when there are changes on the form, especially to the fields. I suggest you remove the Monday integration and add it again to resolve the issue. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select the Monday integration.
    4. Then, click on Remove Integration, and then Yes, Remove!

    1. On the same Integration Page, click on Monday integration again.
    2. Now, select and connect your Monday API.
    3. Complete the configuration and click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
