Form: Unable to open the file in the confirmation email that they received.

    Hi,

    I received the confirmation of registration of my RANGER LS -365C.

    When I want to check the link "Proof of purchase" it's impossible to open the Pdf of the invoice.

    I hope you have really receive it and hope so my product is really registered in your data base.

    Hi Antoine,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Did you fill out a form created using Jotform? If so, you will need to reach out to the form creator and let them know about this.

    There is a feature that will not allow form users to view a file from the confirmation email unless they are logged in to their Jotform account, and the owner of the form you filled out has the option to disable this.

    To contact the form owner, you can reply directly to the confirmation email that you receive, or you can reach out to them if you have a direct contact.
