I uploaded my PDF to create a form however, when it was uploaded it didnt upload the document format and some of the words are missing. Is there a way that I can change that to match the format without messing up my entire document?

    Hi Sequoia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you upload your PDF in PDF Editor, the Editor detects the fields automatically, but it is possible that some fields may not be detected depending on the complexity of PDF. You need to manually map these fields in Form Builder. This can be done by adding the fields on the form and mapping them to the PDF. Let me show you how you can do it:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, scroll down to Single Choice, and drag/drop the Single Choice element to your form.
    • You'll need to repeat these steps to manually map other fields.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
