Card form layout: Can't able to proceed to the next page

    my owner operator driver application form doesn't seem to be working. When I do a preview, I can't get off the welcome screen, and when I open it as a form on my phone to fill out, the same thing happens. It's stuck on the welcome screen and won't go into the form. What do I do?

    Hi Diesel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how upsetting this is. I’m going to do my best to resolve it for you. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. I just got a console log error, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers.

    When I created a new form I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Once we hear back from them, we’ll update this thread and let you know.

    Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. I tried to replicate this issue, but everything was working properly. Check out my results in the screencast below:

    Can you please give it another try and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    it started to work normally after a while, but now it's doing the same thing. stuck on the start screen. Can you check it?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I tested your form and also cloned it. I was able to reproduce the issue on both original and cloned forms. I informed our Developer Team about the issue. We will get back to you for an update.

    Hi Diesel,

    Let me just correct my response above. I tested the form again and I see that this field is what's causing the issue:

    After I removed that field from the cloned form, the issue was fixed. Can you please remove it and replace it with a new Fill in the Blanks field? Since you have 0 submissions on the form, it is safe to delete it and add a new one. To delete it, click on the Trash Bin icon attached to the field.
