Stripe: How to identify what the payment if for?

    Hi, when we get Stripe deposits form Jotform, we need to know what the payment was for.


    Need help with identifying when a payment is made, what the payment was for.

    Hello Debbie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When a payment is processed through your form with Stripe integration, all payment-related information, including the name of the selected product and the customer's details is visible in Stripe. But if you to know which form the payment was made from, you can scroll down to the "Metadata" of a payment, which shows the form's ID and the submission ID as seen below:

    You can use that Form ID to locate the form in your Jotform account, simply paste the Form ID into the Search Bar in the upper right of the home page, as seen in the screenshot below:
