Unable to hide page 4 conditionally.

I have a 5 page form, based on the number of players that someone wants to register.

I've put in 2 conditions

• If Number of players = 2, then Hide page 3 (player 3 registration)
• If Number of players =2, then Hide page 4 (player 4 registration).

However, when I use the form, it still shows page 4.

Am I doing this incorrectly?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to hide multiple pages with one condition, you can clone the condition after creating the first to hide the page. Let me walk you through it:

Delete the conditions on page 2:

• Select the conditions.
• Click on the red trash button to delete them.

Now add a new condition:

1. Hover over the new condition you created and clone it.

Just change the page number in the cloned condition and that's it:

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm glad that the instructions worked. Based on the resolution provided by my colleague, the issue was fixed by removing the existing conditions and setting up a new one with the same exact settings. So, the issue is not related to cloning or creating a condition from scratch. Sometimes, minor issues with conditions can be fixed by deleting the old one with issues in it and starting a new condition from scratch.
