My order is late arriving!

    Support Team,


    Since I was promised delivery of my order between April 21 - April 26 and plus I paid extra for faster shipping, I am being extremely inconvenienced by the fact that my order will be arriving so late. My son's high school graduation is early next week. I was planning on hanging this banner at various events leading up to his graduation and at the actual ceremony. Now, those plans may be in jeopardy because your company defaulted on its promise to deliver the order by the promised date.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks you have filled a form and is waiting for your order to arrive. What you can do is to reach out to the form owner or to the person to have asked you to fill out the form. In any case, you have received a confirmation email, their email address is stated in that email. You can email them and confirm the status of the order. Here at Jotform, we supply a form builder, but other than that, it is already the form owner who has full authority.

    Dear Support Team,


    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the delay in the delivery of my order (#JX42341), which was promised to arrive between April 21 and April 26. Additionally, I opted for faster shipping by paying extra, expecting to receive the order in a timely manner.


    Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that my order will not arrive as scheduled, and this delay is causing significant inconvenience for me. The item I ordered, a banner for my son's high school graduation, was intended to be used at various events leading up to the ceremony and during the ceremony itself.


    As my son's graduation is early next week, this delay has put my plans in jeopardy, and I am now uncertain whether I will receive the banner in time for the important events.
