Are there any tools that that can be integrated to analyse the data that comes from JotForm rather than sorting this as a manual proces in Excel?
I have created a form that will be receiving about 600 submissions that requires students to submit their trip choice and I don't really want to sort them by Excel.
For example, the students choose and 1st and 2nd trip choice. Is there software that can give the maximum number of people their first choice as there is a limited number of place for each option.

Hello James. You can try using our report tools, specifically the Visual Report.
If you're using the old version view of the My Forms page, you can simply click My Forms > Select the form > Click Reports on top
If you're using the new version, you can do the following steps to create a report
1. Go to My Forms page
2. Select the form
3. Click Submissions
4. Click Reports > Add new report
5. Select the Visual Report Builder option and then click the Next button
6. Complete the wizard and save your form.

You can also try using MS Excel's Pivot Table. Here is one website that talks about how to do this. You can easily search for Pivot Table tutorials on Google.
