Highlight field/answer based on condition

This would be a great feature to get implemented into forms. We too use a form for Safety Building inspections If a question that is answered as a failure or a correct answer for a pass we would love to see that answered fields highlighted with Bold and Colored lettering ie Red for failed and Green for pass.
