Hi, we suddenly are not receiving notifications when form is filled out? Help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our email logs and emails are being sent to your email address. I also checked your email in our bounce list and it is not listed. So I cloned the two forms on your account that are frequently submitted and tested them to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Have you checked your Spam folder? Is this happening for all of your forms? Or just a specific form? Could you provide the URL of the affected form so that we can investigate further?
Once w hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi, I did research a bit after I sent inquiry and did the click take off bounce list. Maybe that worked. Will Def know today later as everyone will be filling out new form.. will let you know if still having issue. Thanks!!!!
