Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. After checking the form, it is only disabled. You can set the status of your form to Enabled in 3 easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
3. In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Enabled. That's it, you're done.
