Apostrophe is replaced with HTML code in sub label.

An apostrophe in our sub-label content is displaying as HTML code rather an apostrophe.  I have deleted the apostrophe so that the error is not visible on the live form.  I included a screenshot of the issue.  

In the Jotform admin it displays as an apostrophe in the build area, but when you preview or move to the advanced editor it displays as HTML code.

I checked your form, and that field doesn't look good, it looks like the field wasn't updated in the builder for a long time.

Anyhow, you can easily solve this by removing that field and then inserting again:

And that will work.
