Whenever I click the "MY FORMS" button at the top left is does not populate the list of forms associated with out account. The forms are active as you can access them on our website and fill them out, but we cannot modify our forms because the do not show up in the MY FORMS section. HELP!

This problem should be resolved now. Please clear your browser's cache to see all your forms.
Let us know if it still persists.

We had a bug on My Forms page that caused the forms to not show up. It is fixed now. Thank you for your patience.
Sorry about this. We are getting ready to release the brand new version of the My Forms page.
