I don't recall my previous submissions saying JotForm, how do I remove this from my form? Can you help me with this request?

Hi Robert,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can remove the Jotform logo showing on the form's notification email from the form's settings. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
- On the left panel, click on the Emails tab.
- Hover over the Notification Email template and then click on the Pencil icon.
- Next, remove/delete the Jotform logo from the email content and then click the Save button.
That's it. Also, note that upgrading your account won't automatically remove the Jotform logo from your form, you have to manually disable this from your account settings. This guide will show you how to do that.
