Issue with account and forms in eleonora.n73@gmail.com
Also, a new account came up that I did not authorise or activate amalgam.advisors@gmail.com
Can you please look at this asap as I am in urgent need of the software

Hi Eleonora,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account associated with email, eleonora.n73@gmail.com and noticed that there's no form that was created in the account. For us to locate your account with subscription, could you please provide us with the information below that you used when signing up:
- The date you created the account:
- The type of Credit Card used while upgrading the account:
- The last four digits of the Credit Card:
- The expiration date on the Credit Card:
- Amount of the last charge:
- Date of the last charge:
As for the account associated with email, amalgam.advisors@gmail.com, you can delete this account, since there's no form or data in it. Let me help you do it:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Avatar at the top right corner of your screen.
- Then, click on Settings in the dropdown menu.
- On your Settings page, click on Account on the left side of the screen. Then, scroll down and click on Delete My Account.
- Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
- After that, enter your account password and click on Verify. That's it.
