Account suspended: sent emails more than threshold

    Hi Paulina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you exceeded the email threshold. For Starter accounts, invite email is limited to 10 emails per day, 20 email notifications to be sent out per hour. For paid accounts, they are allowed to send 100 notifications per hour. The daily email limit will restart the next day.

    I have reinstated back your account. You can now login to your account without issue.
