Non-profit discount pricing and application inquiry

Hi,

We are a non-profit community organisation who are looking to subscribe for a year to allow us to share a jotform with our community to undertake biodiversity surveys.

As we are using funding from a community grant, I need to let them know the annual price before we sign up to jotform, to get permission to spend the money.

Can you tell me the annual price for Silver and Gold membership please, and also what information you require me to supply to prove our non-profit status? I can't access this information without signing up first, which I don't want to do - I need to get the information first so I can receive permissions to make the spend.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can find the non-profit pricing of our plan subscription here. You can also access the non-profit discount application form from the same page. In the application form, you would need to upload a copy of your organization’s 990 form. If you are outside the United States, you can attach the appropriate document that officiates your nonprofit status.

Once you have submitted, your application will be reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an update of its approval via the email you submitted in your application.
