We are trying to upgrade our current plan, But we couldn't get correct bifurcation of summery of plan, We notice that total of the plan summery is not mathematically correct.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry, you're having trouble with upgrading your account. After checking, the unused time from your Silver plan is not included on the Total due. Would you like to go ahead with upgrading your account and we will process a refund for your unused time on Silver plan?

Do you mean that you will process a refund separately or share a payment link deducting the refund credit?
Pls clarify.

Hi Siddharth,
Thanks for getting back to us. Once you get into the new plan, we'll process a refund for the amount of $149.81 from your unused Silver account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
