    Form Conditions

Asked by bdewitt on November 06, 2012 at 12:00 PM

I have a form that I am using for our customer's to sign up for a membership program for our company. What I am trying to accomplish is the following.

I have a list of subscriptions that are in a drop down menu ex:

    Subscription 29.99

    Subscription 29.99+1

    Subscription 29.99+2

If Subscription 29.99 is choosen then I just need for capture there vehicle information on one car. Ex:

Make? Model? Color? (these are listed in text feilds)

If subsciption 29.99+1 is choosen then I need it to capture there vehilce information for two cars. Ex:

    Make? Model? Color?

    Make? Model? Color?

If subscription 29.99+2 is choosen then I need it to capture there vehicle information for three cars. Ex:

    Make? Model? Color?

    Make? Model? Color?

    Make? Model? Color?

How can I set up a conditional rule to where this will happen? I have read around through the forum and can't seem to find this answer. In my form I have a total of 4 Make, model, color text feilds. and I need them to be visible depending on the subsription shown. Any help would be apprecitated.

To accomplish this, you will have to use the Form Collapse tool to group the make/model/color fields into sections, then use conditions to show a certain number of sections depending on the subscription selected.

Here's a nice tutorial that contains the information you need:
