How to prevent respondents from changing answers?

How can I prevent a respondent from going back changing their answer while taking the quiz? In other words, once they answer a question, I don't want them to be able to go back and change that answer once they move on to the next one. How do I do that?

You can add conditions such as when a field is filled, disable that field.

However, this wouldn't work well with Multiple-Choice questions because the field would be disabled once an option is selected.

You will have to create a new condition to disable multiple fields.

Take note that this workaround is only useful for the fields that require single answer like radio button (single choice) and yes/no question.
