Account: Suspected of creating a Phishing form.

My account was disabled however I was not aware. Can you please remove what is not allowed on the form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that your account got suspended because our system flagged your form 241233342658050 as a Phishing Form.
I deleted the guilty form and reactivated your account. Please refrain from collecting information that is against our Terms of Use.
