I want to add Zapier and Salesforce integrations but when I click on plugins and go to apps and click add to form it 1. creates a new form (I want to add it to a form I already created) and 2. It doesn't successfully add to the new form it creates.
Is this a bug?

It appears that at this time we support only Google Spreadsheet and Google Drive integrations for HIPAA-enabled accounts.
I am escalating a ticket to our next level support to find out more information on this topic.
We will get back to you when we have any more information.

RoseReplied on September 13, 2018 at 4:35 AMI have good news for you. Zapier Integration is added to HIPAA accounts as well.However, you need to reconfigure JotForm zap on Zapier. While configuring integration, you will see a part in the wizard which asks whether or not your account is HIPAA compliant. You need to select Yes on this section.Please have a try and do let us know if you run into any trouble.Thank you.
