Unable to verify email.

want to verify my email adress with link sent to yannleroy32@hotmail.fr but it says it failed as not matching when its the same adress????

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the status of the email address that you used to open this ticket, but I am getting the result that this is a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. I would recommend signing up using the same email via this link.
