Hello, on one of our forms, we've been getting submissions with the birthdate month spelled out (ex: December 14, 1990) and now they are coming through as numerals (ex: 12 14 1990). This is causing issues in how they are put into our system. Can you provide any input in this?

    Hi Beth,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. To achieve this, you may use a calculation widget with a DateString function. It is easy to add it to your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Widgets tab, add the Form Calculation widget.
    3. Add the DateString function as you can see below:

You can Hide the widget for your reference only. Right-click on the Calculation widget and select Hide.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
