Signature Box doesn't work on a mobile phone

It is not possible to sign in the signature box using a mobile phone,  when I try and sign in the box it just results in scrolling up and down the page.

To make the e-signature field mobile responsive, please add the mobile responsive widget on your form. 

For it to work properly, please remove the current responsive CSS you have on your form.
