Form is not allowing download PDF option

Hello,

I created a new form, but the external user that is filling it out does not have a Download PDF option after submitting the filled out form. Is there a setting to have this turned on?

Hi CORE_Geomatics, 

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Adding a Download PDF Button to your Thank You Page is easy. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. On the left side of the screen, click on Thank You Page.
3. Click on the green Action Buttons button, and then select Download PDF.
4. Select PDF Document, and then click on Create. That's it.
