Hello, when users submit our form the following error message is appearing:
""Sorry! Only one entry allowed.
Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."
However, when I checked "preferences" we had selected no limit for submissions. I changed it to 10,000 just to see if it would help, but to no avail. Please help. Thank you.

It seems your form is set to regulate repeated entries by a user.

If you would like to allow the same user to submit more then once, please change your settings as follows:
