Collaborator cannot access the Advanced Designer.

My collaborator is unable to edit form, can you please help? This pops up when he tries to edit it.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can change the access to View & Edit the form from the Share Settings and ask the collaborator to refresh the page and try again. It's easy, let's do it:

1. In the form builder, click on the dropdown arrow next to the Jotform branding on the left side.
2. Now select Jotform Tables.
3. Click on the Share button on the upper-right side and click on Share Settings.
4. Now choose Collaborator.

Now ask the collaborator to refresh the page and try again.

Please disregard my previous reply. My last response was related to collaboration on the Jotform Tables. Your collaborator will be able to edit the form but he will not be able to access the Advanced Designer, unfortunately. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for getting back to us. As my colleague previously mentioned, your collaborator will be able to edit the form but will not be able to access the Advanced Designer feature. Your collaborator will get the error shown in your screenshot. Rest assured that my colleague already escalated it as a feature request.
