Hi.
I want to include the telephone country code in the data that is passed from JotForm to Zoho, example +61 for Australia; the full telephone number is passed thru to Zoho but the + symbol gets dropped or ignored somewhere along the way. The + symbol is needed for an automatic dialler that's used by a call centre.

If the + symbol was part of the value, it is possible that Zoho strips the symbol specifically if the field used is a numeric field. Can you please ensure that the output field is textbox in your Zoho? This should not have any problem.
Thanks

Thanks. Will check it out from the Zoho end.

Hey. Zoho support has advised that the + symbol has to be encoded when it is sent to Zoho from Jotform. How can I do that in my form?

Can you try the Phone Number field instead of the Short Text Entry field? You can also Enable the Country Code feature instead of Input Mask feature.
Please try it and test it. If the issue still persists, please let us know so we can investigate it further.
Thank you.
