Custom HTML feild attached in auto responder

    I have a form that I want my customer's to fill out and I am using auto responder to send them a copy of the form once I do. I have a few different custom HTML fields that display out contract agreement as well as site hours of operation. I cannot seem to get these feilds to attach to the copy of the email that is send to the customers. Also I need to be able to edit the info the customer recieves with the autoresponder to just what they fill out. Not all the possibilites of what could have been entered into the form. Is that possible? Please to this but really like JOT FORM so far!

    Hello, when you are adding in the custom HTML information are you using the Html Button in the Email Builder or are you just trying to add it straight in because that could be the source of your problem right there.

    As far as the fields go I apologize but unfortunately we do not yet have a feature to fit that suiture just yet as per this thread which was provided by my colleague with a similar question and it is also on other threads too.

    I am using the "free text HTML" from the tool bar on the side

    Hi there!

    Unfortunately, we do not have the option of removing fields that were not filled out for the auto-responses.  You can do this from our submission's page:


    As per the HTML section, they can not be included on the notification.

    However, you can add any information directly to your notification as seen on the image bellow:
