Fields are not showing properly and how to change the back button color

The formatting of my survey places some content and the buttons off the page / below the fold. How can I center it vertically?

Thanks for your patience. To my understanding of your first question, you want to remove the Jotform branding at the bottom of your form, as shown in the screenshot below, so it will show others in that area? If so, you will need to upgrade your account to any of your paid plans. In case you are interested in upgrading your account , you can check out our pricing page at this link.

If this is not what you are trying to achieve, please elaborate on your concern.

Also, in adding a Submit button, I turned the Back button orange. Can you fix it?

I just want to adjust the spacing so the buttons show up

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form and see that the Question spacing has a negative value which causes the fields to overlap each other. Let me show you how to adjust this:

• In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right.
• Next, under the Styles tab, adjust the Question Spacing value as needed.
