Jot Form Email Recipients

    Hello,

    I created a form and I want the emails to go to an email that is not my own. I added the email I'd like it to be routed to as the recipient but when I run a test I am still receiving the submissions. Please advise.

    Hi Alissa,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you don't want to receive notifications about form submissions, you can delete the Autoresponder notifications and keep only the one with your recipients. Here is how you can do that:

    • Navigate to the form for which you want to delete the Autoresponder notification.
    • Click on the "Settings" tab in your Form Builder.
    • From the settings menu, select "Emails" to view the list of notification emails associated with the form.
    • Locate the autoresponder notification that you want to delete from the list. It should be labeled as an "Autoresponder."
    • Click on the "Delete" option next to the autoresponder notification to remove it from the form.
