Page Elements: I need to create a personality test with 10 Categories with 3 questions under each category.

    How do I create categories?

    How do I add questions under these categories?

    The response to each question will be a number between 1 -5, and I need the total score from each category to be sent to my email? Is this possible, if yes, then how? 

    Also, the question the user sees will be random and not in order of the categories.

    Please help, this is urgent.

    You can use the page elements (Divider, Section Collapse or Page Break) in order to create categories in your form.
