Twice Monthly Meeting Form

I run a journal club that happens on zoom at regular intervals. However, we have different people sign up to present at these meetings. We have been doing it weekly, but are switching to twice per month. We would like to do 2nd and 4th Fridays of every month. The scheduling tool we have been using does not allow this sort of scheduling. Is there another widget, tool, or suggestion you may have to meet our needs?

    Hi Synaptic_info,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. The form you provided has an appointment field labeled as Presentation Time Request. And, to my understanding, you want to set it up so people can only select timeslots on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of every month in that field, is that correct? If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Synaptic_info,

Thanks for confirming. Things are much clearer now. But, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Synaptic_info,

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. You can set the time interval of the appointment field to only be available on Fridays and then, add the Fridays that should not be available in the Vacation and Holidays as you see in the screenshots below:

However, you would have to set the every Friday of every month in every year manually in the Vacation and Holidays property of the Appointment field.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

I figured I could do this. However, for a service that prides itself for its powerful automations, this is a clumsy solution for a rather basic task. I had hoped for better.
