Hi,
I've recently noticed that my "Auto response" emails for one of my forms stopped working in January. Do you know what the issue could be? It was working reliably for many months prior.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. After investigating it a bit, I found that your Autoresponder Email is set to send an email to the email address entered in your Contact Form Email field. Check out the screenshot below:
Also, I saw that your Autoresponder Email is conditionally set to send an email to the email address entered in your Contact Form Email field. Check out the screenshot below:
As you can see, whichever option is selected by the user, the Autoresponder Email will still send an email to the email address entered in your Contact Form Email field, but that field is hidden from the users. That's why they won't be able to enter their email address. Check out the screenshot below:
To fix the issue, we need to make that field visible to the users, so they can enter their email addresses. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, hover your mouse over your Contact Form Email field, and right-click on your mouse.
2. Click on Show. That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
