Some people didn't see the option to add the app to their HOME screen. Is there a reason for this or something we can do? One case was for an iphone 14s

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the link using an iPhone 14, and it seems to be working properly. See the screenshot below:
Although the app may take some time to load, it will show the add to home screen button as soon as it loads completely. You can advise your fillers to make sure they have a stable internet connection. Clearing browser cache and cookies may also help. I've cleared your form caches to refresh the data.
