I have a paragraph element on my form which is routing me to a different web page. Once I click on the name I have pasted its telling me the web page no longer exist but I can access it from anywhere else just not on the form I have built!

Hi Charles,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. Please see the screencast below:
After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the paragraph that you want to edit and click on the pen icon to edit it.
- Click the Insert or Edit Link button.
- In the URL text field, add "https://www." to the URL that you previously inserted in the text field. The result must be https://www.mypepsico.com, then click the Ok button and click the Save button.
Here's the sample output. Please see the screencast below:
You can now check your paragraphs if some links lack the "https://www." string before the URL.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Charles,
Thanks for getting back to us. If it's not saving then probably you're forgetting to click the save button after making the edits. You can review again the animation presented by Jefferson for the proper steps. But anyway, I have changed the link for you, so there is no need for you to make the changes.
Let us know if you have more questions or need more help.
