Still getting Over Quota error even after the limits reset.

Hi there,

we went over our limit last month and the link still says we are over our limit.
I can see in the app my limits have reset for the new month but I still can’t access my form. Would appreciate any help

Hi Vanessa,Sorry I’m confused. I have got this link from the jotform app by going edit form, then publish, and clicking direct link and copy to clipboard. This still says over quota. Over Quotaform.jotform.comIs there a different link?
