Users are reporting a captcha screen on our form and we do not have Captcha enabled?

Hi Jack,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The anti-spam system must have been triggered due to an unusual traffic coming from the same IP. I've gone ahead and whitelisted your account. Could you ask the users to fill out your form again?

Thank you for the assist! We haven't gotten any more feedback on the recurring captcha issue.
