Thanks for reaching iout to Jotform Support.  We don’t currently offer live phone support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you please allow us to submit your form so that we can check if we are able to replicate the issue? You can also go ahead and submit a test submission. If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

How can I change the form to get a head for the tickets the person is paying for but not be required to use any payment buttons

Can you clarify which form you're referring to? Only the Family Reunion registration form has a payment field and that's connected to Stripe, which doesn't have any payment buttons? The payment button feature is available only on PayPal Business payment field.

Do you mean to say that you want to collect the ticket details but not collect payments? If yes, you can use the Purchase order payment field, which doesn't require payment from users. You've already used that to the High School Reunion Registration Form. Please review and let us know.

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked the dentist website you provided but was unable to find a Jotform embedded to the website. Can you please provide us with this form URL so we can check what's going on? Let me show you where to find form URL.

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar.
2. You will immediately see the Form URL, click on Copy Link button.

Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
