Issues embedding my form.

I'm experiencing issues embedding the form into WordPress for my website on Life with the Tribe Game. Even though some fields are compulsory, there's no warning if left blank, and I'm unable to submit the form at the end, even when the fields are correctly filled. It appears to be an embedding problem, as there are no troubles when opening the form in a new tab, such as through the "fill in form" option from the "preview".

    Hi Simmons,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble filling out the form. Could you share the link to the WordPress site where the form is embedded so we can further inspect?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Simmons,

Thanks for getting back to us with your website URL. When I checked your website, I don't see any Jotform form embedded into it. Can you confirm if it was removed? Since I also couldn't find any form in your account, can you give us the URL of the form you're trying to embed so we can check?

I also suggest you try embedding your form using the iFrame code, and see if it makes any difference. Here's where to get your forms iFrame code:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar in the upper part of the page.
    2. Go to Embed.
    3. Select iFrame.
    4. Click on the Copy Code button.

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
