Good morning,
Our app soft launched today and iPhone users are getting a white screen. What can I do to fix this issue?

Hi Rebekah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are sorry that you are having trouble with this. We are aware of the issue and our developers have released a new version. The new version will be available after Apple approval. As per the Apple FAQ page, 50% of apps are reviewed within 24 hours and 90% are reviewed within 48 hours. However, some apps may require additional time to review.

We had users remove the app from their phones and reinstall this morning, and everything looks great! Thanks!
