Hello,
I recently added a user (ckillen@belley.net) who is supposed to receive email notifications when our form is submitted. Unfortunately, he is still not receiving notifications.
Could you please advise on how I can fix this issue?

Hi Denis,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that the emails are being sent to Ckillen@belley.net. Here is the latest notification email sent:
Please advise Ckillen@belley.net to check their spam or junk folder if the emails are being sent there. They can also add noreply@jotform.com to their contact list to ensure all emails from Jotform will be received.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
