I cant find my form that I created

I made a form called Babies Intake Questionnaire but I can't figure out how to save it and it's not coming up in any of my recent forms. when I go to preview, it says the file has been deleted.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and I found the form on the Trash page. You need to open the Trash page and restore the form if you want to use it again.
