    Hi there,

We were doing the university homework to make a survey.

I think you guys thought we were going to use it for commercial. No it's not. Don't worry about this. If you released the ban, I will not post it. We will just make a form that's it. So could you please released the ban.

    Thanks,

    Best regards.

    Hi Ahn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how frustrating this is. I checked your account, and it seems that it was auto-suspended due to Form Phishing.

I've coordinated this with our Relevant Team. I'll get back to you once there's an update.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Hi Ahn,

Thanks for patiently waiting. We appreciate it. I just heard back from our Relevant Team. All of your forms are collecting credit card information in basic fields, which is against our Terms Of Use.

The offending fields are now deleted, and the account is now active, you can now log in and access your forms. Please note that, due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. You can choose any of the payment processors available on our platform to integrate with your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though.

If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

Reach out again if you need any more help.
